No. HL-02/H&T/2017(V): Pursuant to this office order of even number dated 25.04.2024 constituting the Reconciliation Committee of High Court Cases of All Manipur Weaving Co-operative Society Association, the 1st meeting of the Committee is scheduled to be held on 13.05.2024 at 10.30 a.m. in the Directorate of Handlooms & Textiles, Manipur at Lamphelpat, Imphal under the Chairmanship of Nodal Officer (Legal)/Joint Director (Handlooms &Textiles), Directorate HQ to discuss the following agenda.
1. To examine the references of High Court cases W.P.(C) No.779 of 2016 dated 19-03
2018 and 23-03-2018 filed by All Manipur Weaving Co-operative Society Association on HDC&QDU.
2. To examine the societies covered in the implementation of the Cluster Development Programme (CDP) under the National Handloom Development Programme for closing the chapter of HDC&QDUs permanently.
3. To hear the grievances and expenditures-related issues of the AlI Manipur Weaving Cooperative Society Association while filing the cases with the Hon’ble High Courts right from the beginning for a permanent resolution and closure.
All the members of the committee are informed to attend the meeting on time.
